Facilitating a new era with the integral approach

Bence Ganti, MA, is the founder and director of the Integral European Conferences, the IEC-s. Having been organized more than 10 global, world conferences since 2014, IEC-s are the European venues for the global integral world to meet.

Bence is an integral psychologist (M.A.) and clinical psychologist, an internationally known teacher and organizer of integral psychology. In Budapest, Hungary he founded the Integral Academy in 2006, which is a 3-year transformative adult education program on integral psychology. He directs the school for 18 years now. In the United States of America he lived in San Francisco for 7 years, being a dual Hungarian-American citizen.

Bence teaches both the theory and practice of integral psychology, connecting Western scientific psychology with Eastern meditative spirituality and other traditions. With this unified approach he trains individual therapists, integral group therapists, and facilitators of deep transformation. He leads integral retreats, which are deep transformational spaces, where people get initiated to higher stages of self, and go through deep shadow work.

His company organizes integral events and conferences. Bence also appears as a guest speaker and workshop leader in many countries speaking on psychological development and societal renewal. Integral theory is an evolutionary approach, that identifies the next stages of human development that are bound to come in individuals, organisations and societies. Thus we can create a better future for humanity.

“Bence Ganti is many things. For one, he is a dear friend of mine. For another, he is one of the major presenters of integral theory anywhere in the world, and knows this material as well as anybody. For yet another, he is the main creator of the Integral European Conference, the premier integral conference on the planet. His skills reach from working with individuals to small and large groups, and he is highly regarded in these areas. I can very highly recommend his work in every way!”
